Terms for the preview site.
These terms cover the informational website and preview tools. They are not purchase, subscription or claim-preparation terms.
Site status
TradeDue is a working product name for a service in development. This website currently provides general information, state-guide summaries, a fictional document sample, a non-legal routing preview and an early-access list.
The site does not currently sell a service, accept payment, receive claim instructions, prepare a payment claim or accept document uploads. Commercial terms and operator details will be published before paid launch.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, overload the service, misrepresent a preview as an issued TradeDue document, or use the site to infringe another person’s rights.
General information only
Site content and preview results are general information, not legal, financial or accounting advice. They do not determine whether a contract or claim is covered by legislation, calculate a binding deadline, guarantee compliance or predict recovery.
You remain responsible for obtaining advice appropriate to your circumstances and checking current legislation, official guidance, contract terms, facts, amounts, recipients, service methods and time limits.
Availability and preview changes
The pre-launch site may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Features, launch timing, pricing and proposed inclusions may change as product, legal and security review continues. Joining early access is not a reservation, purchase or promise that a particular service will launch.
Official and third-party sources
The site links to legislation, regulators and other external resources for convenience. External content is controlled by its publisher. A link does not make TradeDue responsible for its availability, accuracy, terms or privacy practices.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, the preview site is provided without a promise that it is complete, current, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular matter. TradeDue should not be relied on as the only basis for taking or missing a legal or contractual step.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any responsibility that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent the law permits.
Changes to these terms
Updated terms may be published as the website changes. The review date will be updated for material revisions. Purchase and subscription terms will be presented separately before any paid transaction.
