Built for the gap between an invoice and a dispute.

TradeDue is a product in development for Australian construction businesses that need a clearer path through payment-claim paperwork.

The form is not the whole problem

Payment-claim regimes differ across Australia. Contract dates, claimant and respondent types, residential work, required wording, supporting statements, response steps and service rules can change the correct path.

A generic template leaves the hard decisions with the person least likely to make them every day. A completely bespoke professional service can be disproportionate for a routine claim.

Guided, specific and reviewable

The product direction is a jurisdiction-specific questionnaire that turns known facts into a structured claim pack, shows the user what was relied on and stops when the route is not suitable for self-service.

AI may assist controlled drafting and quality checks behind the scenes, but it should not replace legal rules, verified inputs or explicit product safeguards.

Product principles

Plain language, exact records

Questions should be understandable on site. The resulting record should still be precise enough to review.

Friction where it protects the claimant

A fast route is useful only when the matter is suitable. Important warnings and review gates should not be designed away.

No outcome theatre

TradeDue should not promise payment, compliance or adjudication success. The service can improve process and document quality; it cannot control the respondent or the decision-maker.

Current status

TradeDue is a working product name and the service is in development. Operator identity, Australian business details, customer support channels and commercial terms will be published before paid launch.

This site currently offers information, a fictional document sample and a non-legal routing preview. It does not accept claims, documents or payment.
