Route the claim
Start with the state or territory, parties, contract and payment stage. Higher-risk situations are routed for review.
How it works
TradeDue is being built as a guided workflow for construction businesses—not a blank template and not a generic AI chat.
The planned workflow
Start with the state or territory, parties, contract and payment stage. Higher-risk situations are routed for review.
Enter the contract reference, work, claim period, amounts and relevant supporting details through structured questions.
See a final checklist, unresolved warnings, an illustrative document preview and jurisdiction-specific service guidance.
What is being built
A structured document assembled from the information supplied, with the route and required wording determined by the relevant jurisdiction module.
Practical guidance about who should receive the claim, what evidence to retain and where the user must verify a method or deadline.
A plain-language summary of the facts used to produce the output, the warnings raised and the items the user still needs to check.
The planned self-serve path is for comparatively straightforward construction payment claims: one known jurisdiction, identifiable contracting parties, construction work or related goods or services, and a claim that has not already been resolved.
Some situations should not be pushed through automation. Homeowner contracts, uncertain jurisdictions, multiple contracts, termination, insolvency, final claims, retention, prior claims for the same work, existing court or adjudication steps, and disputed payment stages can all require specialist review.
TradeDue is being designed to surface those conditions instead of presenting false certainty.
A generated document does not serve itself. The claimant remains responsible for checking the final facts, signing where required, serving the right person by a permitted method, retaining proof and acting within the correct time.
