Privacy
Collect less. Explain it clearly.
This notice covers the pre-launch website only. It will be expanded before any claim-document or payment service goes live.
Scope
This privacy notice describes the information handled by the TradeDue informational website, early-access form and claim-check preview. TradeDue is a product in development; operator and direct privacy-contact details will be published before commercial launch.
What is collected
Early-access details
If you join early access, the site stores your email address, consent, consent time and consent-version record. You may also choose to provide a first name, state or territory, and trade or business type.
Claim-check answers
The preview asks categorical questions about jurisdiction, party types, subject matter and payment stage. It does not ask for names, document uploads, claim amounts or free-text claim details. Answers are stored temporarily in your browser to restore progress and are not submitted with the early-access form.
Technical information
The hosting and network providers that deliver and protect the site may process request information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps and security signals in their systems and logs. The TradeDue early-access database is intentionally designed not to store IP addresses or user-agent strings.
How information is used
- To maintain the early-access list and send requested product updates
- To understand broad jurisdiction and business demand
- To protect the form and site from abuse
- To operate, diagnose and improve the pre-launch website
- To meet applicable legal obligations
Early-access details are not used to prepare a payment claim and are not sold as a marketing list.
Storage, providers and disclosure
The site and early-access database use Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloud and security providers may process information in Australia and other countries under their service arrangements. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect the site or its users, or as part of a properly controlled business reorganisation.
Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used for the pre-launch service, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
Joining early access is optional. You can clear claim-check answers using the control in the preview or by clearing browser site data. Stored preview progress is designed to expire automatically.
To stop updates or request access, correction or deletion of early-access details, use the unsubscribe or reply route included in a TradeDue update. A direct privacy contact will be added here before the first update is sent. Some records may need to be kept where required by law or for security and consent evidence.
Changes to this notice
This notice may change as the product develops. The review date will be updated when material changes are published. A separate, expanded notice will apply before any claim-document or payment data is collected.
