Can I buy a claim now?
No. TradeDue is not accepting payments or claim instructions during this preview. Do not upload or send sensitive claim material.
What is intended to be included?
The planned service is a guided intake, jurisdiction routing, document preview, final checks and service guidance for a standard payment claim. The final inclusions will be published before sale.
Does the fee cover adjudication or legal advice?
No. The planned claim fee does not include adjudication, representation or legal advice. Any later review or escalation service would be separately scoped and priced.
Will monthly allowances expire?
The treatment of unused allowances has not been finalised. The launch terms will state expiry, rollover, cancellation and refund rules clearly before anyone subscribes.
Are all Australian jurisdictions the same price?
That is the current intention for the standard route. Matters requiring specialist review may fall outside the self-serve service and would not be charged without a clear separate offer.
